iGotcha Media recently announced a partnership with the National Golf Course Owners Association (NGCOA) of Canada, together launching the iGotcha Golf Network. iGotcha Media is developer of digital signage solutions for out-of-home advertising.
The iGotcha Golf Network utilizes the Web and large digital flat screen televisions to inform golfers. The screens are positioned within club houses, pro shops and other high traffic areas for golfers. The screens not only provide information, but also advertisements directed to reach affluent, captive and qualified audiences.
“The iGotcha Golf Network delivers information simply and effectively,” comments Alain Laforge, Regional Director of the NGCOA Canada, Quebec Chapters. “For example, easy access to an up-to-date weather forecast is very relevant to a golfer about to tee-off. Also, the network facilitates direct communication. As examples, golf clubs may promote their clubhouse menus or the inventory in their pro shop. And, of course, what makes integrating the iGotcha Golf Network an easy decision is the cost, entirely free to golf course operators.”
Since its launch, iGotcha Golf Network has been implemented in 16 clubs across Canada.
The Network delivers web-based content that is constantly updated, delivering golf tips, trivia, news, sports updates, weather and advertising. The content is both network wide and golf club specific for a more personalized approach. iGotcha Golf Network is advertiser-supported which ensures no costs for participating golf clubs. Equipment consists of two 42-inch monitors and implementations include installation, maintenance and all online content.
Greg Adelstein, President of iGotcha Media says, “We are very pleased to be launching the iGotcha Golf Network. Using this network will give advertisers direct access to one of the most affluent and coveted demographic target groups in the country. With the iGotcha Golf Network already operational at 16 clubs, we look forward to rolling out our network at golf clubs across the country – with our NGCOA partners receiving extra network time to promote their clubs and no additional cost,” concludes Mr. Adelstein.
